How much does a website from SKW Design cost?
A one-pager starts at €590, a business website with several pages at €1,190 and a redesign of your existing site at €490. Online shops, booking systems or web apps with their own admin area start at €2,500. The final price depends on the number of pages and extras, such as online appointment booking (+€90) or an online shop module (+€690). Maintenance and support start at €29 per month. Every project begins with a free first call and a fixed price.
Are the prices final?
Yes. As a small business under § 19 UStG (German VAT law) I do not charge VAT. No VAT is added to the prices shown.
How long does it take for my website to go live?
A one-pager is usually online after two to three weeks, larger websites after four to eight weeks. How quickly it goes also depends on when the texts and images are ready. On the Process page you can work out when we should start.
How does a web design project work?
In four steps: briefing and idea, concept and structure, design and colours, fine-tuning and launch. You see drafts early on and have your say. If you like, maintenance and support follow afterwards. You’ll find all the details under Process.
Can I edit my website myself later on?
Yes. From the Business package upwards, a content management system (CMS) is included, so you can change texts and images yourself. If you’d rather not deal with any of it, I take care of updates and content changes with maintenance and support from €29 per month.
Am I tied into a long contract?
No. You pay for the website once, at the agreed fixed price. Maintenance and support from €29 per month are optional and can be cancelled at any time.
Are there any hosting costs?
Not from me. Domain and hosting run through your own account, in your name, directly with the provider. SKW Design adds no charges for them. If you like, I’ll set everything up for you, including SSL encryption.
How quickly will I get a reply?
